Overview
All items purchased through or from our website are non-refundable but may be exchangeable pending on factors that may have caused and/or justifies for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, items purchased must be unopened (for ALL coffee products) and/or unused as in the same condition as when received, and must be in the original packaging.
Complaints or requests for exchange MUST be made within 3 days after the purchased items were received/delivered. A copy of receipt or proof of purchase, accompanied by photo(s) of the purchased item(s) required for exchange shall be made online (online form) or submission by email to info@musetti.my with the email title header being ‘Exchange Request.’
Purchased item(s) for exchange may or may not be required to return back to NUOCO. In the event such purchased items were required to be returned, the customer shall bear all shipping costs related to the returned items. When a request for exchange becomes successful and pending prevailing circumstances, NUOCO may pay for the shipping costs of the items exchanged on condition that it is shipped to the original (delivered) address and must be an address within the Peninsular (West Malaysia).
Pending stocks availability, purchased item(s) required for exchange may or may not be exchanged with similar item(s) or of similar value.
Sale and/or clearance items are ineligible for requests for exchange at any given time.
The Exchange Policy, its terms and conditions hereof will not be applicable at any given time, to item(s) marked as “complimentary” or “free gift”.
